In Guzet, mountain karting comes in two formats. The short descent, at Prat Mataou in Guzet 1500, is accessible from age 10; the long descent links Prat Mataou to Latrape and is for participants aged 14 and over.
Is mountain karting available in autumn?
No. Mountain karting in Guzet is a summer-season activity: the descents at Prat Mataou and towards Latrape are no longer offered in October 2026. The resort then switches to its winter programme, which does not guarantee that karting will be open. Check the lift and summer leisure calendar before booking a future descent.
What package was available in 2026?
The short descent was listed at €5, or €45 for 10, without booking. The long descent cost €15, including a return shuttle from Guzet 1400.
Things to know before a future season
Closed-toe shoes are required and clothing that can get dirty is preferable. For the long descent, departures are organised in time slots and the number of karts is limited.
The little extra
In summer 2026, the short descent could also be included in a €12 Activity Pass with laser biathlon and mini-golf. As this package is seasonal, its contents will need to be checked again when the activity next opens.
What makes Guzet distinctive is that it offers a short family format and a longer descent with a shuttle, rather than a single identical route for everyone.
