In Briec, around 15 minutes from Quimper, Aqua Cove & Spa combines swimming, wellness and cardio in an aquatic centre open all year round. The swimming facilities include a 25-metre pool, a learner pool, a paddling pool and a splash slide for alternating swimming, play and family activities.
What is in the relaxation area?
The wellness area is reserved for adults, with access possible from age 16 when accompanied by an adult. It includes a steam room, sauna, hot tub, hydromassage shower and relaxation room. The cardio area lets you round off your session with treadmills, bikes, a rowing machine and other equipment.
Can you come just to swim?
Yes. Open swimming sessions are available during term time and school holidays. The centre also organises aqua aerobics, baby swimming, swimming lessons and skills development.
What to know in 2026: opening hours vary according to school terms and the areas used. Check the day's timetable before travelling, particularly if you want to combine swimming and the relaxation area.
