In Pougny, in the Centre-Loire, Domaine Langlois grows its family vineyard using organic farming and offers several ways to discover wines from Giennois, Pouilly-Fumé and Sancerre. The estate notably works with Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir and also produces an artisan blackcurrant liqueur.
For a first tasting
The Voyage à travers 3 terroirs option lasts around 30 minutes. It introduces several estate ranges and ends with crème de cassis de Bourgogne Nivernaise. In 2026, the tasting is free with a purchase; otherwise it costs €5 in French and €8 in English.
To visit the vineyard and cellar
The Immersion vigneronne lasts around 1 hour. It presents organic farming in the vineyard and the stages of winemaking and ageing, followed by a tasting with local crackers. The advertised price is €10 per person in French and €15 in English, for 2 to 50 people.
Good to know before you visit
The simple tasting is offered between 09:30 and 17:30. Booking is strongly recommended for the immersion. Animals are not admitted during these experiences.
Domaine Langlois's little extra is connecting three Centre-Loire appellations with a house speciality other than wine: blackcurrant liqueur produced on site.
