In Châteauroux, Escape Games L'Apéro offers a take-home escape game: a cool box containing drinks, food and accessories stays locked until your team solves the puzzles.
Which version should you choose?
The franchise now offers several chapters, including Recrutement and Infiltration, as well as a new chapter and children's versions depending on local availability.
Before booking
Collect your game from Espace MeetingPlace, 2 boulevard de la Valla, 36000 Châteauroux.
The game uses an internet-connected smartphone and moves at the team's pace rather than to a strict countdown. Franchise games generally last one to three hours, depending on the group and how often hints are used.
The activity is still available in 2026 through several local partners. To find out the cost, confirm the price for your chosen scenario and number of players when booking.
The extra touch
The main advantage is being able to play in your own home, holiday rental or party venue while gradually enjoying the contents of the cool box. It's more of a convivial social game than a fully immersive escape room.
