In Gruissan-Les Ayguades, Sunkart operates an FFSA-approved 700 m outdoor track, floodlit in the evenings in July and August. The offering is particularly family-oriented: adult karts, children's karts, two-seaters and a separate mini-circuit for the youngest.
From what age can you drive?
Children can drive alone from age 7 and 1.20 m tall in Fun Kid karts. Electric baby karts are available from age 3 on a dedicated small circuit, while two-seaters can carry a child from age 5 or a person with reduced mobility.
How much does a session cost in 2026?
The official price list shows €19 for a 9-minute open session and €54 for three sessions. The two-seater is advertised at €30 for 9 minutes. Group packages then move on to race or endurance formats.
The extra touch
In high summer, the circuit opens until 23:00 and the track is floodlit: evening driving really changes the atmosphere compared with a daytime session. Out of season, opening hours vary more; it is best to check the schedule before travelling.
Good to know before you visit
Sunkart is at Route de Narbonne-Plage, 11430 Gruissan. The official website states that no booking is required for open sessions, but contacting the venue remains useful for groups and race packages.
