The Fantasticable zipline at Super-Besse starts near the Falaise chairlift and crosses the resort for about 1,600 metres, reaching speeds of up to 120 km/h. It lands on the far side of Lac des Hermines, making the ride feel like a real crossing rather than a simple descent beside a ski slope.
You fly lying face down, either alone or in tandem. The final decision between solo and tandem is made by staff on the day, based on age, weight and especially the wind.
2026 price
The price is €35.90 per person and includes the ride up on the Falaise chairlift. In summer, you can also walk to the start along marked trails, but this does not reduce the price.
A souvenir photo is available on arrival for €5, with additional photos costing €3 each.
Who can ride?
- Solo: from age 12, weighing 35–120 kg.
- Tandem: from age eight and 30 kg.
- Ages 8–11: must be accompanied by an adult during the descent.
- Tandem: maximum combined weight 150 kg, maximum weight difference 40 kg.
Weight limits may be lowered depending on wind speed and direction. You may be weighed before departure.
Before you visit
- Meet at the zipline ticket office, Falaise chairlift departure point, 63610 Super-Besse.
- Online booking strongly recommended; no telephone bookings.
- Allow around 45 minutes for the chairlift, equipment fitting, flight and return to the resort.
- Closed-toe shoes compulsory.
- Personal helmets are not permitted: suitable equipment is provided.
- A small backpack or waist bag is allowed.
- Not permitted for pregnant women; suspended in thunderstorms or strong winds.
The extra touch
In summer 2026, Super-Besse schedules several "Apéro-Tyro" evenings on Tuesdays 21 and 28 July, and 4, 11 and 18 August: an evening chairlift ascent, music at the chalet and zipline slots after 7 pm, by reservation. This is a much more unusual option than a daytime flight.
Tip: if two of you hope to fly together, don't assume tandem flying is guaranteed until the on-site checks. Wind conditions may require separate flights even when your weights would normally qualify.
