Les Bateliers de la Rade departs from quai de la Sinse in Toulon harbour for an approximately 1-hour guided cruise exploring the roadstead, its forts, maritime facilities and the surrounding hills enclosing the bay. The outing is a proper introduction to the naval harbour and roadstead, not simply a ferry service.

Departure point and parking
Meet at quai de la Sinse, Toulon harbour. The tourist office lists several convenient nearby car parks: Mayol, Lafayette and Porte d’Italie. Tickets can be bought on site or online; for a scheduled trip, arrive early enough to find the quay and board comfortably.
Special summer cruises
Les Bateliers also schedules themed outings according to its calendar: sunset cruises, wine evenings, concerts, fireworks and Patrouille de France events. These trips generally last longer than the standard tour and depend heavily on dates and weather conditions.
