On Île Saint-Louis in Paris, Mysteries Hunt offers a historical outdoor puzzle trail in 2026 dedicated to Arsène Lupin. The investigation follows a vial stolen in 1924 and still hidden on the island, with eight puzzles to solve independently.
What to know before booking
The experience lasts about two hours. The advertised 2026 individual price is €29 per person; the private team-building format is €39 per person. The game is available in French, English and Spanish.
Meet at 24 quai d’Orléans, 75004 Paris. After the briefing by the investigator, the team receives an island map and game equipment, then proceeds alone. A phone is not required to solve the puzzles, except to request help if stuck.
The game can be played by day or night. The organiser also offers cancellation and a refund up to 24 hours beforehand if weather conditions are deemed unsuitable.
An extra detail
The route makes real use of Île Saint-Louis's history and architecture: rue de la Femme-sans-Tête, a mansion linked in the story to Joséphine Balsamo, Countess of Cagliostro, and many literary and historical references. It is fundamentally a walking heritage investigation, not an enclosed escape room.
