In Ungersheim, between Colmar and Mulhouse, Le Parc du Petit Prince turns Saint-Exupéry's world into a day of family adventure. The poetry of the story sits alongside real attractions: roller coasters, aerial rides, water-based activities, a maze, immersive experiences and spaces designed for younger children.
The most distinctive experience is the Grand Ballon Captif, a tethered balloon that can rise up to 150 metres when weather allows, revealing the Alsace plain and surrounding hills. The park also offers interactive shows, character encounters and a small animal farm that reflect themes from the book.
A day designed for families
The park mainly caters to families with children aged two to twelve, although some attractions also offer genuine thrills for older visitors. Height restrictions vary by ride: check access requirements before visiting to plan activities suited to every child.
Allow a full day—around five to seven hours—to alternate between attractions, shows and breaks without rushing. The site is on one level, parking is free and a shuttle can be arranged on request from Bollwiller railway station.
MesLoisirs tip
Check show times first and try the tethered balloon early, as flights depend on the wind. To extend your outing, the park is right beside the Écomusée d'Alsace, with combined tickets available depending on the season.
