At Hautacam, Déval’Kart takes place on a prepared track after an uphill tow on the Cardouet drag lift. The kart has no motor: once at the top, each driver controls their speed with the brakes and negotiates the bends at their own pace.
With children
The resort offers Déval’Kart Junior from 1.20 m tall, with vehicles and a track adapted to younger riders. This is one of the location's attractions for a family outing: adults and children can take part in formats suited to their sizes.
What to know in 2026
For summer 2026, the general opening period is advertised as 4 July to 30 August, from 10:00 to 18:00. On Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, Hautacam's activities are available through the Pass Illimité; conditions differ on other days. Access always depends on the weather and operation of the lifts.
An extra detail
Hautacam offers several activities in one place, including Mountain Luge, tubing and Zippy Bike. Déval’Kart can therefore easily form part of a half-day of mountain leisure activities.
