In Hénin-Beaumont, near Noyelles-Godault, SpeedPark offers an indoor karting track with a bridge and tunnel, equipped with Sodikart SR4 200 cc karts for adults and LR5 160 cc karts for children. The centre is part of a large leisure complex where visitors can also try bowling, laser tag, quizzes, karaoke, darts and arcades.
Who can drive?
In 2026, children's karting is available from age 7 and a minimum height of 1.30 m, with a maximum of eight drivers per session. Adults drive from age 15 and a height of 1.50 m, with sessions of up to ten drivers depending on available supervision.
A session lasts 10 minutes. The listed price is €11.90 for children and €15.90 for adults.
What to know before visiting
Children never drive at the same time as adults. Outside school holidays, children's karting slots are concentrated on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays; during holidays, they are available every day from 13:00 to 19:00.
Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult who has a family or professional relationship with them. For a single session, check availability at the venue; some event or birthday packages require advance booking.
An extra detail
For adult groups, SpeedPark offers full Grand Prix and endurance formats, with practice, qualifying, racing, podium presentations and sometimes relay events lasting several hours. These are more involved than a simple 10-minute session for a team-building event or a group of karting enthusiasts.
SpeedPark Hénin-Beaumont is at boulevard de Herne, 62110 Hénin-Beaumont. If visiting with both children and adults, plan separate time slots rather than one mixed family race.
