Located on the fourth floor of Thermes de Balaruc-les-Bains, La Parenthèse O’balia welcomes both thermal-treatment patients and outside visitors. The experience currently centres on body and facial treatments, massages and rituals inspired by thermal wellness, with advance booking required.
Which treatments can you book at La Parenthèse O’balia?
The 2026 menu offers both short treatments and longer relaxation sessions. Examples include a 20-minute scalp massage for €29, a 50-minute hot-stone massage for €69 and the 50-minute Signature ELOMA treatment for €89, combining several massage techniques.
The extra touch
The institute sits at the top of the thermal establishment, with panoramic views over the Thau lagoon and Mont Saint-Clair. A terrace and herbal tea area extend the relaxing experience after treatment. A bathrobe, towelling slippers and disposable underwear are provided.
Looking for the O’balia spa in Balaruc-les-Bains?
In 2026, it is important to distinguish the two locations: the former O’balia thermal spa on allée des Sources is closed for building work. La Parenthèse O’balia remains open within the Thermes for wellness treatments. There is therefore no access here to the former spa's leisure pools, sauna or steam room.
Before your visit
Treatments are reserved for those aged 16 and over and must be booked in advance. Changing rooms with coded lockers are available. The institute is open to visitors who are not undergoing a thermal cure, so you can simply come for a massage or treatment during a stay in Balaruc-les-Bains.
