Wi Jungle is the restaurant at Hôtel Windsor, a few streets from Promenade des Anglais. Its main distinction is its setting: in fine weather, tables are placed in a genuine tropical garden, among bamboo, bougainvillea, dense vegetation and a swimming pool, sheltered from the bustle of the city centre.
An artistic jungle at the heart of Hôtel Windsor
The Windsor describes itself as an Art Jungle Hotel. For several decades, it has hosted works and installations by contemporary artists, including in the rooms and shared spaces. The garden fully contributes to this identity: sculptures, artistic interventions and exotic vegetation create an environment very different from a traditional restaurant.
In the evening, some installations are reflected in the pool, reinforcing the almost secret nature of the place.
Mediterranean cuisine and fresh produce
The restaurant offers Mediterranean cuisine prepared using fresh produce and organically grown vegetables. The establishment holds the title of Maître Restaurateur, with an à la carte and market menu that change with the seasons.
In winter, the experience changes: service moves to the WI Lounge, in a more intimate atmosphere near the fireplace.

The garden is particularly appealing during the warmer season; in winter, the restaurant operates more in the indoor lounge. Hotel guests booking directly receive priority for restaurant seating, so it is best to book ahead in summer.
