CVLO – Club de Voile du Lac d'Orient, in Mesnil-Saint-Père, offers sailing, windsurfing, paddleboarding and canoeing on one of the large lakes in the Forêt d'Orient.
What equipment is available?
The club provides dinghies including the X4, suitable for solo sailing, as well as windsurf boards, paddleboards and canoes.
Season
The club advertises opening from March to September, generally 10 am to 7 pm. Necessary equipment and life jackets are supplied.
Why choose the lake?
The inland lake offers a different environment from a coastal sailing school, with broad expanses of water and wooded or flooded areas to explore by canoe.
The extra touch
The same venue offers technical activities such as sailing and windsurfing alongside gentler paddleboard or canoe outings.
