Traversée Urbaine turns the La Défense esplanade into an investigative playground with Défense 2.0, an outdoor puzzle trail combining observation, logic and discovery of the district. After a briefing near Esplanade de la Défense station (metro line 1), teams set off independently to spot “alterations” in the urban setting and solve the story's puzzles.
Two hours of investigation at La Défense
The route takes approximately 2 hours and requires no screen: clues are found in the real surroundings, among architecture, monumental artworks and details of the district. The activity is advertised from age 13, and groups of minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Suitable for small groups and teams
Individuals can join with at least two players. For businesses, the team-building format accommodates up to 65 participants, with small-group starts followed by a final debrief. The investigation is available in French, English and Spanish.
Prices and practical conditions
The advertised individual price is €29 per person for small groups, with a reduced price of €25 per person for larger groups. Team building is listed at €35 per person including VAT. If the weather is poor, cancellation with a full refund is possible up to 24 hours before departure; a postponement can be requested within three months.
What sets Défense 2.0 apart is the use of the actual district as the game environment: the history and physical features of La Défense become the investigation's clues.
