In Strasbourg, Dans le Noir ? is based at the Hilton, opposite the Palais des Congrès. The idea: dine in total darkness with a completely surprise menu made using fresh, seasonal produce.
Who guides the diners?
Service is provided by visually impaired waiter-guides, who accompany participants into the dining room. The concept invites you to focus on textures, aromas and flavours without visual reference points.
Allergies and dietary requirements are catered for when specified at the time of booking.
Prices in 2026
The Les Yeux Fermés package includes a starter, main course and dessert for €58 per person. The Ivresse des Sens package adds three glasses of surprise wine and costs €69.
The restaurant serves dinner from Thursday to Saturday from 19:15. The menu is revealed at the end of the experience. Gift cards are valid for one year and booking is essential, subject to availability.
