TOURS'N JUMP operates its jumps from Sorigny airfield, 37250 Sorigny, south of Tours. Participants meet directly at this aeronautical site before boarding.
What happens during the experience?
The tandem jump begins with a ground briefing, followed by getting equipped with the instructor. The provider advertises a flight to around 3,500 metres, followed by around 40 to 50 seconds of freefall at approximately 200 km/h, then several minutes under the canopy.
A little something extra
From Sorigny, the flight offers an aerial view over the southern Tours urban area and the landscapes of the Loire Valley when visibility is good. Photo and video options may be available as a souvenir of the jump.
Good to know before you visit
Skydiving remains highly dependent on the weather and aircraft rotations. Check your time slot before setting out. Age and weight conditions, along with gift-voucher arrangements, should be checked when booking.
