At 43 rue Maurice-Denis in Champigny-sur-Marne, in the Maroc neighbourhood, BFIT Studio runs Pilates Reformer classes on six machines in a 90 m² studio. Opened in January 2026, the small venue focuses on more individual attention than large group classes.
Why choose Reformer rather than mat Pilates?
A Reformer is a spring-loaded machine with adjustable resistance for working on posture, mobility and muscular strength. BFIT Studio allows only six participants in group classes; private and duo sessions are also available for more focused coaching. It is not a Lagree studio: the activity offered is Pilates Reformer.
Who leads the classes?
Barbara Chauve, a former high-level taekwondo and viet vo dao athlete and sports coach, runs the project. The studio opened in January 2026 with an intentionally welcoming atmosphere and machines suitable for different experience levels.
How do you book?
Classes are available by reservation only, through the studio's online timetable. Private, duo and group sessions may have different availability. Prices depend on the package: consult the BFIT schedule for the price of your chosen session.
The extra touch
With six Reformer machines, the instructor can correct each participant's positioning while keeping an eye on the whole group. This format is particularly pleasant for trying the equipment for the first time or improving steadily over several sessions.
