Canyon06 guides canyon descents in Alpes-Maritimes, around Nice and in the valleys of the Côte d’Azur, with routes suitable for beginners and more athletic participants.
For a first outing
The Gorges du Loup or Cramassouri canyons are explored on a half-day outing and are accessible from age 8 on certain options. Jumps and slides are never compulsory: the guide can offer an alternative.
2026 prices
Introductory outings start at €55 per person. Gorges du Loup costs €60. Allow from €80 for an intermediate full day, and from €90 for difficult canyons.
What conditions must you meet?
You must be able to swim 50 metres, feel comfortable moving through water and have no medical contraindications. The canyon's difficulty is chosen according to the group's experience and physical fitness.
For more athletic visitors
Full-day outings are available in canyons such as Barbaira, Bollène and Riolan, with more swimming, abseiling and movement through narrow terrain.
