In Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Villa Kérylos recreates life in a Greek house from the Hellenistic period within an early 20th-century building. Set on a rocky headland facing the Mediterranean, it combines a peristyle open to the sea, rooms decorated with marble, classical-inspired frescoes and mosaics, and gardens descending towards the shore.
Antiquity reimagined
The visit is designed as an immersion in a Greek home rather than simply a succession of collections. Architecture, furniture and decoration interact across the rooms, with the Galerie des Antiques and gardens extending the experience.
What to know before visiting
In 2026, the villa opens from 10:00 to 18:00 from April to September and 10:00 to 17:00 from October to March. Full-price admission is €15, reduced admission €10, and children under 7 enter free of charge. Standard tickets are sold only on site. Dogs, pushchairs and scooters are not permitted.
An extra highlight
A combined ticket with Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild costs €24 at the full rate and is valid for 8 days: useful for comparing two very different visions of holiday living on the Côte d’Azur.
