In Tourrettes, within the Terre Blanche resort, Les Caroubiers occupies the golf clubhouse, with a terrace overlooking the 18th hole of the Riou course. The restaurant welcomes golfers as well as residents and visitors coming to enjoy the setting.
Lunch overlooking the Riou course
Views of the golf course are the restaurant's main distinguishing feature. From the bright terrace, the estate's green spaces stretch into the distance; indoors, the atmosphere is warmer and quieter.
Mediterranean specials
The cooking changes with the seasons and showcases regional produce. Dishes include reworked classics, more informal options and carefully crafted desserts, under the culinary direction of Quentin André.
Good to know: according to the tourist office, the clubhouse restaurant serves lunch throughout the year. It should not be confused with Le Faventia, Terre Blanche's other restaurant, which holds a Michelin star.
