In Montauroux, on Lac de Saint-Cassien, Aviron Formation Var is a watersports centre focused on learning and improving rowing skills. The calm lake, with no commercial boat traffic and few motorboats, is particularly well suited to technical courses and training, especially outside the peak season.
What type of experience?
The centre welcomes rowers on skills-development courses, groups and clubs looking to work on technique, endurance and coordination over several days. Amateur courses are also organised: this is therefore not a centre exclusively for elite competitors.
