In Mons, L’Artisane is Fabienne Sitri's venue. A trained chef, she prepares Mediterranean and Provençal cuisine using local ingredients sourced directly from producers in the area. Beyond its guest table, the venue also hosts hands-on cooking workshops.
What happens during the workshop?
Fabienne shares her recipes and techniques in a participatory format. Workshops are advertised for the second Thursday of each month: you cook alongside her rather than simply watching a demonstration, using seasonal ingredients that are available.
Why come here?
The appeal lies in the direct connection between food and local produce. Local ingredients are the starting point for cuisine inspired by the Mediterranean and Provence, offering a different way to discover the Pays de Fayence beyond a traditional tasting.
Something extra
L’Artisane serves as a workshop, guest table and place for passing on culinary knowledge. Meeting the chef and working with the ingredients are as much a part of the experience as the dish you prepare.
Before you visit
In 2026, workshops are advertised for every second Thursday of the month. As themes and arrangements may change, booking and checking the programme before travelling is recommended.
