Set among the Cabriès vineyards in Fayence, Kamandre combines refined Provençal cuisine with unobstructed views of the hilltop village. The restaurant occupies a tree-filled property with a patio and wooden terrace, away from the old centre.
A terrace facing Fayence
The large terrace overlooking the village is its greatest asset. The surroundings include vineyards, a garden and a patio with a water feature, while the indoor dining rooms retain a more intimate atmosphere.
A name linked to local history
Restaurateur Éric Brunel, also associated with La Gloire de mon Père in Seillans, took over the former restaurant known as La Table d'Yves. The name Kamandre refers to the local river as well as a family story.
Seasonal information
The cooking showcases seasonal produce and Provençal influences. In 2026, the published opening season runs until 25 October: the season is therefore drawing to a close and reopening dates remain to be checked.
