In La Motte, S-Quad organises guided rides on the Château des Demoiselles estate, a wine-producing estate of 300 hectares. The routes take visitors along tracks, through vineyards and into wilder areas of the estate by quad bike, buggy or off-road electric scooter.
What happens on a ride?
The outing begins with a welcome, equipment and safety briefing before participants take control of their vehicle. An introductory session comes before setting off in a group with the guide, then the route alternates between discovering the estate and more technical sections depending on the package and participants' ability.
The appeal lies as much in the surroundings as in the driving: rather than riding on a simple enclosed track, participants travel through a vast vineyard estate in the Var.
What to know before visiting
Outings take place by appointment all year, from Tuesday to Sunday subject to availability. S-Quad is also developing its fleet of electric vehicles, including buggies and off-road scooters.
A picnic area and car park are available on site. Groups and businesses can also arrange dedicated outings. As durations and prices vary by vehicle, you need to select a package before booking.
