At Fayence-Tourrettes, Air Play Parachutisme offers tandem skydives at a drop zone used only on a few weekends each year. In 2026, the published opening dates were 23–25 May, 8–10 August and 21–23 August: as of 12 September 2026, no further dates in Fayence have been announced.
What happens during the jump?
After a briefing of around 15 minutes, the climb in a Pilatus aircraft takes about 15 minutes. Depending on authorisations and weather, the jump takes place from approximately 3,200 to 4,300 m, with nearly 50 seconds of freefall followed by 5 to 6 minutes under canopy.
What age and conditions?
Tandem skydiving is available from age 15. For minors, Air Play requires consent from both parents, their identity documents and a medical certificate. The stated general limit is 90 kg with a BMI below 30, with other cases considered individually.
How much does it cost in 2026?
A jump at Fayence is listed from €359, with photo and video options available at extra cost. Rescheduling due to weather is free during the jump's stated 10-month validity period.
What to know before visiting
Even if the jump can be completed more quickly, Air Play recommends allowing around 4 hours on site: weather, air traffic and operational arrangements can delay your turn.
The little extra
Fayence is not a base that opens every weekend: it is a premium and very occasional drop zone. If you want this location rather than another Air Play base, the opening calendar matters as much as the price.
