A free guitar festival in Montauroux
Since 2000, the Festival international de guitare de Montauroux has brought summer evenings to life in the hinterland of Var. The event celebrates the guitar through varied styles, with a festive and welcoming village atmosphere.
The edition from 6 to 9 August 2026, the 27th, offered free concerts, with food trucks, bars and restaurants nearby. This event allows you to enjoy Montauroux's landscapes and heritage while attending musical performances.
What to know before visiting
The historic centre fills up on concert evenings. In 2026, a free shuttle bus served various parking areas from 18:00. Routes, stops and times must be checked again for each edition; it is best to arrive before the first concerts.
