Housed within the old stone walls of a former sheepfold on place de l'Horloge in Fayence, La Farigoulette champions homemade Provençal cooking. Since taking over the establishment in 2023, chef Yoann Samakh and Amélie have highlighted fresh, seasonal produce and the flavours of the Var hinterland.
A restaurant rooted in Var produce
The menu brings together traditional recipes and more contemporary techniques: gentle low-temperature cooking, barbecue preparations and dishes that change according to deliveries. The restaurant received one Gault&Millau toque in 2026, recognising its carefully prepared regional cuisine.
What makes this place charming
Visitors also come for the setting: the stone walls of the former sheepfold at the top of the hilltop village and a terrace extending the dining experience onto the square. A particularly suitable stop after exploring the old lanes and Fayence's clock tower.
